Fibroid Cysts is a benign disease of the breast characterized by the appearance of small, occasionally painful, cysts that vary in size throughout the menstrual cycle. It typically affects women between 30 and 50 years of age. It is referred to as benign since its course is not serious or life-threatening, as opposed to breast cancer.
In some cases, cysts are associated with fibromas or fibroadenomas, which are hard nodules of constant size and not typically painful.
It is well established that diet is a fundamental factor in the genesis of breast disease, both benign and cancerous.
Symptoms Of Fibroid Tumors
- Very heavy menstrual bleeding and prolonged monthly periods, sometimes with clots
- Frequent occurrence of soiling events due to excessive menstrual bleeding
- Anemia (excessive fatigue due to low red blood count)
- Pelvic pain or pressure
- Pressure on the bladder which leads to a constant need to urinate or incontinence
- Pain in the back of the legs
- Pain during sexual intercourse
- Pressure on the bowel which can lead to constipation and/or bloating
- An enlarged abdomen which may be mistaken for weight gain or pregnancy
Things To Eliminate:
Saturated fat: The relationship between saturated fats and breast cancer is well known. It has also been demonstrated that the more fat is consumed, the greater risk of breast fibromas and cysts.
Meat: There are well-founded suspicions that regular meat consumption is associated with fibromas of the breast, as well as in the uterus and other organs. Residues from the hormones used in raising cattle are one of the causes.
Stimulant Beverages: The caffeine in these beverages may promote the development of breast fibromas and cysts typical of fibrocystic disease. The best thing to do is avoid coffee and teas.
Recommended:
1 hour of walking daily, exercise is the main key to reversing every lifestyle disease.
Drink enough water to make your urine white. If your urine is colored, you are not drinking enough water.
Avoid all hot peppers, mustard, ketchup, ginger, vanilla, curry, tumeric, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, apple cider, and all other carbonated drinks.
Stay away from green tea and black tea.
Get 15-20 minutes of sunshine daily.
Go to bed before 10:00pm. The body heals itself between the hours of 10pm and 2am.
Take Flaxseed capsules, flaxseed is known to shrink tumors
Start taking garlic pills, garlic also helps.
Natural Remedies For Fibroids
Fiber: Women who suffer from constipation also tend to suffer from breast fibromas and cysts. Whole grains, fruit, vegetables, and legumes contain abundant fiber.
Vitamin A: Antioxidant that protects the glandular cells of the breast. Halts the formation of cysts and fibromas in the breast, and protects against cancer. Carrots, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, and fruits are good sources of vitamin A.
Vitamin E: Vitamin E contributes to hormonal balance, halts the progress of fibrocystic mastopathy, and relieves its symptoms. Wheat germs, and nuts are the best source of this vitamin.
